This site and my Substack newsletter, Eugene, Unplugged, use Google Analytics only to see how people find and use them.
What gets collected. Pages you visit, links you click (like my phone number or email), how you got here, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. Google Analytics collects this through cookies.
What’s not collected. Your name, email, or anything else that identifies you. Unless you choose to call or email me, or subscribe to the newsletter. Substack handles subscriptions under its own privacy policy.
Who sees it. Me, and Google, which runs the analytics. Here’s how Google uses information from sites that use its services. I don’t sell it or share it with anyone else.
How to opt out. Block cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on. This site doesn’t respond differently to Do Not Track signals.
